Rik Wuister won 2nd place in the junior category at the Duyschot competition in Amsterdam in 2025
Rik Wuister (2006) was taught by Roeland de Reuver and Arjen Leistra, who also prepared him for the conservatory. Since 2025 he has been studying organ at the Royal Conservatory in The Hague with Hayo Boerema and minor piano with Wim Voogd. He received masterclasses from Manuel Tomadin, among others.He also won 2nd place in the junior category at the Duyschot competition in Amsterdam in 2025.

In het koor van de Laurenskerk bouwen we een pijporgel van de toekomst, dat digitaal te bespelen is: een ‘hyperorgel’. Zo wordt het orgel toegankelijker voor een brede groep musici.
