Experience a magical evening during the Candlelight Sound Bath in the serene Laurenskerk. The crystal singing bowls fill the space with their beautiful sounds, while the church’s breathtaking interior and high ceilings enhance every tone and make the acoustic experience unforgettable.

During this session, the focus is on the vibrations of 432 Hz crystal singing bowls. It’s called a “bath” because you’re completely immersed in these sounds. The gentle vibrations wash over you like waves and guide you to a deep state of relaxation.

The Experience
We start in a comfortable sitting position. Leandra guides you through gentle breathing exercises and light movements to promote mindfulness. Afterwards, Leandra invites you to lie down and relax completely with pillows and blankets. The singing bowls are introduced gradually, giving each participant a unique experience. It is a deeply relaxing moment to receive, unwind and connect with yourself, while enjoying the special atmosphere and acoustic beauty of the Laurenskerk.

Yoga:
 Seated only, suitable for all levels.

Language:
The session will be given in English.

What to bring:
Make sure you’re warm! Wear several layers of clothing and socks. The floor is stone and cold, and there is no heating, so bring a thick yoga mat to lie comfortably on (optionally a sleeping bag on top), a blanket to cover you with, a pillow for your head and possibly an eye mask and bring something to drink.
