The crystal singing bowls fill the space with their beautiful sounds, while the breathtaking interior and high ceilings of the church amplify every note, making the acoustic experience even more special. During a crystal singing bowl Sound Bath, the focus is on the sounds and vibrations produced by 432 Hz bowls made from pure quartz crystal. We call it a “bath” because you are completely enveloped in these sounds. The gentle vibrations wash over you like waves, guiding you into a deep state of relaxation.

The Experience
The session begins with everyone sitting comfortably. I will guide you through gentle breathing exercises and soft movements to promote mindfulness. You will then be invited to lie down and get comfortable, using items such as cushions and blankets. The singing bowls will gradually be introduced, creating a unique experience for each participant. Most find it deeply relaxing, a moment to receive, unwind, and connect with themselves, all while enjoying the very special atmosphere and acoustic beauty of the Laurenskerk.

The Yoga:
Seated only, accessible for all levels.

Language:
The session is conducted in English.

What to bring:
Comfort is essential for your body to be able to relax, so please take this seriously.
Make sure you are warm! Wear multiple layers of clothing and bring socks. The floor is stone, and can get cold. Bring a yoga mat to lie on comfortably, a blanket to cover yourself, a cushion for your head, and optionally, an eye mask.
